There are many young men who have not graduated from college and who just settle for Janitor Jobs as temporary employment.

Sometimes they like it but most of the time, they don’t. They just do it because they do not have a choice.

And the sad thing about this temporary employment is that, you only have work for five months. So you have to find another company that will hire you for the next five months. There is no security of tenure.

Sad as it may seem, that is just the reality today. At least, they have earnings that will support them and their families for a certain time being.
