Moving Doctors
Here in the Philippines, a lot of doctors have moved out of the country to seek for more stable and high-paying opportunities abroad. They migrate to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or Australia, leaving a big hole for talented doctors.
While it is not widely publicized, Physicians & Surgeons Jobs are now aplenty here. Maybe it is time that we should cultivate young doctors and offer them scholarships for specialization trainings so that we can replace the void that the other doctors have left behind.
Our country needs those talented doctors here as much as the sick in other countries. The only problem is, they get better pay elsewhere.
