Following Her Dreams
Choosing a career is one of the toughest decisions people make in their lifetime. Especially these days that there are more careers and courses to choose from, young people have to weigh things, with all the pros and cons before they make a final decision.
Some people who are yet undecided about a course to take could end up just following their friends’ choices, which they might regret later in life.
My daughter still has a long way to choosing a career, but I always tell her to weigh the options—time zooms by fast it might be her time to do so before she even knows it. I would love to see her wearing one of those dainty-looking nursing uniforms, but I would really leave the decision up to her. It is important that she follows her dreams, not mine.
