Fast Weight Loss Plan
I started a fitness blog a few months ago and to be honest, I haven’t written anything on it that we can call an achievement but all lame excuses of not going to the gym, exercising and some other posts of mine are plans of losing weight! Duh!
Anyway, I wanted to lose 10 pounds in the next three months but unfortunately my weight hasn’t gone down even for a few pounds but instead I am gaining weight! Now, I am planning to look and try diet pills that work. I want to take some diet pills to jumpstart my weight loss and then would probably take care of the maintenance if I reach my ideal weight.
What do you think? Is it a good plan?
